  • Accelerated start-up and assimilation of new executives

Our Onboarding process can save your organization 3 months of start-up time--both with an executive's superior and with his/her direct reports. Our clients use this process to jump-start the entry of new executives from outside the organization, or when incumbents move into new assignments from within.  

Onboarding process, conducted in the first 2-3 weeks of executive start-up, will “jump-start” the process of setting expectations, establishing management style, and building critical working relationships.  This helps everyone move quickly from the stage of adapting to new management, to actively working toward business goals together.
